   --  Set up Handler to be called if the operator hits Ctrl-C, instead of the
   --  standard Control-C handler.

   procedure Uninstall_Handler;
   --  Reinstall the standard Control-C handler.
   --  If Install_Handler has never been called, this procedure has no effect.
