It would be cause the huge increase in active users of Internet services. So the service which on Internet need  scalability and reliability. The program should keep quality of service while increasing number of users by additional resources and perform same action under same environment with same code .The scalability and reliability are the performance standard. Moreover the program need concurrency because computer has many cpu.
